Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 2026

1. Our Commitment

Sitefully Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

2. Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as well as the European standard EN 301 549. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

The guidelines define requirements in areas such as:

  • Perceivable: Information and UI components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive (e.g. Text alternatives for images, captions for video)
  • Operable: UI components and navigation must be operable (e.g. Keyboard accessible, no time-limited interactions)
  • Understandable: Information and the operation of the UI must be understandable (e.g. Readable text, predictable navigation)
  • Robust: Content must be robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies

3. What We've Done

  • Used semantic HTML elements (<header>, <main>, <nav>, <footer>) throughout our pages
  • Provided descriptive alt attributes on images
  • Ensured sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Made all interactive elements keyboard-accessible
  • Used clear, descriptive link text
  • Ensured forms have associated labels and meaningful error messages
  • Implemented a responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Some third-party content or embedded tools (such as the cookie consent banner) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards
  • Certain animations may not respect all motion-reduction preferences in all browsers
  • Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible

We are actively working to address these limitations.

5. Third-Party Content

Our website may include third-party content or link to external websites. We do not control the accessibility of third-party content and cannot guarantee it meets the same standards we apply to our own pages.

6. Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

7. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may escalate the matter to the relevant national authority. In Ireland, the National Disability Authority (NDA) oversees public sector accessibility obligations. For private sector concerns, you may contact the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC).
