Questions about our websites, software and AI
What does Sitefully do?
Sitefully is an Irish web and AI solutions agency in Dublin. We build high end websites with SEO integrated from the ground up, custom software including CRM systems and internal tools, AI automation for the manual work eating your team's hours, and AI chatbots trained on your business. AI voice agents are coming soon.
How much does a custom website cost in Ireland?
Every project we take on is bespoke and quote based. There are no fixed public prices because a small brochure site and a full ecommerce platform are very different jobs. After a free consultation call we send a clear quote with a fixed scope, so you know exactly what you are paying for before anything starts.
What does an AI automation agency do?
We find the manual, repetitive work inside a business and build AI systems that handle it. Common wins are lead handling, automated follow ups, invoicing and admin workflows, and internal processes that currently live in someone's inbox or on a spreadsheet. Tell us the problem, we tell you if we can build the fix.
Can you build an AI chatbot for our website?
Yes. We build AI chatbots trained on your business, then integrate them into your website. They answer questions, capture leads, and support customers around the clock, so people are not left waiting for someone in the office to reply to a form.
Do you build custom software or CRM systems?
Yes. We build bespoke CRM systems, management tools, HR platforms, internal dashboards and other custom software, designed around how your business actually works. For anything compliance related we build the technical platform only. Your own advisors stay in charge of the legal and HR side.
Do you offer AI phone answering or AI voice agents?
AI voice agents (the Dialer) are coming soon. Inbound and outbound calls handled by AI, so no enquiry goes unanswered, even after hours. It is not live yet and we have no launch date. Register your interest through our contact page and we will let you know when it opens.
How long does a project take?
Most brochure websites are ready to launch within a week or two of you approving the design. Custom software and CRM builds take longer depending on scope. AI automation projects range from a few days for a single workflow to several weeks for a full system. We give you a realistic timeline in the quote.
Do you help with SEO and getting found on Google?
Yes. SEO is built into every website we ship, not bolted on afterwards. Proper site structure, clean code, fast pages, and local SEO for Irish search. We also offer ongoing SEO as a dedicated service. We build sites to rank and to be understood by AI search, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers.
Do we own our website when it is finished?
You own the content, the brand assets, and your domain. Our builds are delivered under a licence, and Sitefully retains ownership of the codebase so we can keep it secure, up to date, and properly maintained on our hosting. We explain all of this in plain English in your quote before you sign anything.
