A full rebuild of a slow WordPress site into a fast, modern website, plus a custom automation system that handles bookings, client updates and payments for the team.

What we built

Robert's old WordPress site was slow and heavy, and it was costing him leads from his Google Ads. We rebuilt it from scratch on a fast modern setup, kept his domain and all of his page URLs so his Google rankings were protected, refreshed the service and area pages for SEO, and set up Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking for quote requests, phone clicks and WhatsApp clicks.

The business

A kitchen respray specialist in Dublin covering cabinets, wardrobes, worktops and spray granite, needing a site that could sell a transformation people struggle to picture.

What they needed

Kitchen respraying has an explaining problem. Most homeowners have never heard of it, so they price a full replacement kitchen, get a fright, and never discover there is a cheaper route that takes days instead of weeks. The business was losing customers before they ever knew it existed.

What we built

We built the whole site around showing the change rather than describing it. A before and after slider on the homepage, an interactive colour visualiser so people could try finishes against a kitchen, and galleries grouped by the type of job rather than dumped together.

S. Murray's Carpentry

The business

A Dublin carpenter with over fifteen years of bespoke work and almost none of it visible online. The task was to turn a long history of finished jobs into something that wins new ones.

What they needed

The craftsmanship was never the issue. The problem was that all of it lived in the heads of past customers and on a phone camera roll. Anybody searching for a carpenter in the area had no way of finding him and no way of judging the work if they did.

What we built

We made the portfolio the spine of the site. Project galleries organised by job type so somebody looking for fitted wardrobes is not scrolling past decking to find them.

Churchtown Steel Engineering

Steel fabrication and engineering · Dublin

The business

A certified Dublin steel fabricator working across structural steel, staircases, railings, gates and CNC cutting, selling to two very different audiences at once.

What they needed

Steel fabrication has an unusual split. On one side are contractors and engineers who need to know about certification, tolerances, capacity and lead times. On the other are homeowners who want a set of gates or a staircase and have no idea what any of that means.

What we built

We led with the credentials that matter to trade buyers, EN 1090 and ISO 9001 certification, placed where a specifier looks for them rather than buried in an about page.
