The business

A full rebuild of a slow WordPress site into a fast, modern website, plus a custom automation system that handles bookings, client updates and payments for the team.

What we built

Robert's old WordPress site was slow and heavy, and it was costing him leads from his Google Ads. We rebuilt it from scratch on a fast modern setup, kept his domain and all of his page URLs so his Google rankings were protected, refreshed the service and area pages for SEO, and set up Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking for quote requests, phone clicks and WhatsApp clicks.

The Automation We Built

Before, every enquiry was handled by hand through email drafts. We built a custom automation system that runs inside Robert's own Google Workspace, so his team spends less time on admin and more time on surveys.

Instant booking handling

Every booking from the website is logged automatically and the right emails go out straight away.

One click actions

The team can forward enquiries to estate agents, send updates and move jobs along with a single click from a simple Control Centre.

WhatsApp from his own number

Customers get an automatic WhatsApp message from the business number the moment they book, and they can reply directly to it.

Payments built in

Stripe payment links are sent automatically with VAT handled correctly.

Faster reports

A report builder with an AI assistant and the option to add photos straight from Google Photos, on phone or laptop.

Results

Live with real leads since October 2026. Fast website, less admin, quicker replies to every customer.
