We check load times on mobile regularly, because that is where your customers are and it is a ranking factor as well as the main reason people leave a page.

Forms and enquiry monitoring

Can you maintain a site you did not build?

Often yes. We take a look first and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or whether you would be better off with a rebuild, which we do at no upfront cost anyway.

How quickly do you make changes?

Small edits such as prices, hours or photos are usually done the same day or the next working day. Bigger changes like a new service page we schedule and tell you when it will be live.

What happens if the site goes down?

Do I need to do anything myself?

No. That is the point of the service model. You send us what you want changed by message, email or WhatsApp and we handle the rest.
